We love when our tenants spread the word! Our Refer a Friend scheme is open to existing tenants and gives you the chance to earn £100 cash when someone you recommend successfully moves into one of our student homes.

1. 1. Eligibility
      The referral scheme is open to current tenants of YourNest only. The referrer must be an existing tenant at the time of referral.
   2. Qualifying Referral
      A qualifying referral is a new tenant who:
      • Has not previously lived in a YourNest property, and
      • Signs a tenancy agreement for a YourNest property, and
      • Successfully passes referencing and
      • Takes possession of the property
   3. How to Refer
      Referrals must be made by the prospective tenant stating the referrer’s full name at the point of enquiry or application. Referrals submitted after initial contact may not be accepted.
   4. Reward
      The referrer will receive £100 for each successful referral.
   5. Payment
      Payment will be made by bank transfer to the referrer’s nominated bank account once the referred tenant has taken passion of the property.
   6. One Referral Per Household
      The referral reward is limited to one tenant per household. Multiple individuals moving into the same property under the same household or tenancy agreement will count as one referral only. Separate rewards will not be paid for multiple tenants within the same household.
   7. Non-Qualifying Referrals
      No reward will be paid if:
      • The referred tenant withdraws or fails referencing.
      • The tenancy does not take possession of the property for any reason.
   8. General
      YourNest reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time without notice. The reward is non-transferable. YourNest’s decision regarding referrals and eligibility is final.
