Jargon Buster

Tenant Fees & Sample AST

There are no admin fees when signing for your property, however from time to time there may be other fees associates with your tenancy. View our fees and example AST (tenancy agreement here).

Bills Inclusive

Make time for the more important things in life. Our student and shared houses come with bills and superfast broadband as standard. Find out more about our all inclusive packages here.

Contents Insurance

We offer contents insurance for our tenants through our partner ‘Homelet’ from £10pm. Find out more about what is covered and how to apply with a unique code from YourNest tenants.

Loyalty Card

We look after our community and reward loyalty, which is why if you take up one of our houses, you will automatically have access to our exclusive Loyalty Card giving you access to local deals, discounts and a round on us to celebrate when you sign for your new home. More than just a home. 

Covid-19

Our team is in full swing and although our office is open for appointment only, we are conducting viewings following government guidelines. All staff will conduct viewings wearing a mask, using hand sanitiser and keeping a safe distance. Find out more about how we are protecting our community here.
