Setting up and managing bills between a large group can be extremely time consuming, comparing quotes, applying direct to various companies, setting up multiple payments and managing and chasing costs between the group. We therefore have the option to include bills and broadband into your package.

We manage this by setting up just two payments, rather than the multiple bills payments you would set up individually with a bills exclusive package. One payment would therefore be set up for bills that goes directly to our bills partner; Unihomes via a Direct Debit and another payment for rent which is usually paid for via a standing order.

If bills are included within your rent payment (for example when you let a room in a shared house), you will be advised before you pay your holding fee and this will be stated within the tenancy contract.

Once you have everything in place, we manage the end to end process – even closing accounts at the end of your tenancy. Our bills package includes gas, electricity, water, TV licence and Virgin broadband up to 350mbs……….yes superfast broadband as standard across all of our student houses in Leeds. Thank us later!
